White fiberglass mesh (identification code R133, corresponding to the weight per square meter of pure glass fiber), h. 1,05 x 50 m.

Packaged in wrapped rolls.

In the ETICS System, one of the most important and critical phases is represented by the necessary overlap (10 cm) of the mesh interposed in the plastering of the wall.

The increase in thickness that occurs at the Overlapping Point, due to the overlapping of two layers of the same net, creates a difference in height which, when the work is completed, highlights shadows and streaks, with a non-homogeneous and unsightly final result.

Flat Wings is the ultimate solution for finishing and plastering in external ETICS systems.

Flat Wings has, in fact, a lower thickness on both sides, to ensure, in the overlap, a homogeneous final result without differences in height.

Materials used

Made of Adfors Saint-Gobain type E fiberglass, impregnated with SBR anti-alkaline resins, 4 x 4 mm mesh and high weight equal to 154 g/m2 (in the center) and 149 g/m2 on the sides (tolerance +/- 5 %).

Use

Used in thermal insulating systems ETICS, as reinforcement of the smoothing layer. It absorbs and distributes the mechanical stresses to which the system could be subjected (ground settling, shrinkage, temperature changes, external agents) avoiding the onset of cracks in the facade.
