Preformed structural mesh made of GFRP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer) available in mesh sizes 40x40 mm, 40x80 mm and 80x80 mm. It is part of the PROMETHEUS HT structural reinforcement system.

Materials used

Monolithic, alkali-resistant mesh made of glass fibre impregnated with epoxy resin.

Use

The GFRP preformed mesh HERCUNET is part of the PROMETHEUS HT system used for reinforcing masonry using the reinforced plaster technique.

The cladding of masonry with the PROMETHEUS HT structural reinforcement system involves the use of GFRP, ELLEKON 'L' connectors with improved adhesion in combination with the HERCUNET - RETE STRUTTURALE mesh, and the use of GFRP, ANGULAR HERCUNET 8080 corner profiles.
