Dakota Green

From January 2019, the Dakota Group has joined Green Building Council Italia, the network of national GBCs present in more than a hundred countries worldwide. The World GBC represents the largest international organization in the world, active in the sustainable construction market.
GBC Italia promotes a process of transformation of the Italian construction market, promoting the culture and practice of sustainable construction.

This step, in support of the ten-year attention to the environment together with constant investments, is the consolidation of Dakota’s efforts towards greater eco-sustainable and “green” future.
In fact, Dakota Group already uses auto-produced photovoltaic energy, thanks to the panels installed both in the production and logistics departments.

Dakota Group has always showed great attention to the recovery of waste plastic materials that are generated during the production process, with the regeneration of them for a subsequent use and a systematic reduction of the microplastics matter.
Finally, the new electric injection machineries guarantee greater energy efficiency, reducing energy consumption and the impact of the CO2 produced.
